FINANCIAL FITNESS understands and appreciates your concern about the privacy, confidentiality and security of your information. This document explains how we collect personal information and how we maintain, use and disclose that information. This document does not apply to parties that may be linked or associated with Financial Fitness. Information collected and the permission process

In general terms, FINANCIAL FITNESS collects personal information directly from you that identifies you. This information may include name, contact details and other personal information as provided by you. As we require your permission to collect this information and all information sought is required for business purposes, unless you express otherwise, we presume consent has been given as part of the business relationship.

FINANCIAL FITNESS maintains strict standards and security procedures to prevent unauthorised access to your personal information and to ensure the correct use of information. We take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from loss, modification or disclosure.

How FINANCIAL FITNESS uses the information
The information you supply is collected by FINANCIAL FITNESS for use in conducting its business. We use your personal information to:

• effectively manage and administer all products and services we provide to you; and
• ensure our internal business operations are running smoothly which may include conducting confidential systems maintenance and testing.

FINANCIAL FITNESS does not sell or disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of allowing them to direct market their products and services to you.

Correction of information
We try to ensure that all information we hold about you which we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up to date. It is your responsibility to notify us if there are any changes to your personal information.
